Haneda arrival: check the terminal before the route
Start with the terminal on your flight information and the hotel address. A plan made for a different terminal can send you towards the wrong boarding point.
Rail, monorail or bus?
Haneda’s official access guide lists Keikyu and the Tokyo Monorail, plus bus options. Its route search offers separate departure points for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Use the one matching your arrival.

Before boarding, confirm four things
- Terminal: use current airline or airport flight information rather than assuming your terminal.
- Destination: check the display and the route to the station you need.
- Transfers: compare their number and the movement between platforms with your bags.
- Last walk: save a route from a useful station exit to the hotel entrance.
Allow for immigration, baggage collection and the walk to transport. An airport-to-station journey estimate is not your complete landing-to-hotel time.
If you have arranged a taxi
Haneda distinguishes general taxi stands from stands for app-dispatched or reserved taxis. Use the appropriate pickup instructions and stand for your booking.
Official access and taxi-stand guidanceIf your flight is delayed
Recheck departures after landing. Keep your booking reference and hotel contact details together, and tell the hotel if the delay affects check-in. Choose a realistic alternative for your group and luggage.
